MineValue.ai provides indicative model estimates for mining assets in Australia and Canada. The Service uses the EV/Resource methodology with risk adjustments to generate valuation ranges for decision support purposes.

The estimates provided by MineValue.ai are NOT:

• Certified valuations or appraisals
• JORC Code or NI 43-101 compliant reports
• Financial, investment, or legal advice
• Prepared by a Competent Person (JORC) or Qualified Person (NI 43-101)
• Recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any securities

The estimates are provided for informational and decision support purposes only. You should not rely solely on these estimates for any investment, transaction, or business decision.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate input data to the extent of your knowledge
• Independently verify all inputs and outputs
• Seek professional advice from qualified valuers, geologists, and financial advisors before making decisions
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the Service
